Shipping
When will my box arrive?
All monthly subscriptions ship at the same time – on or around the 5th of every month. It should arrive at your door within 7 to 10 days. You will get access to the Mum Bubble instantly.
Do you ship worldwide?
Our box is only available in Australia
Return & Cancellation
Can I return my product?
Unfortunately not, as this has been handpicked for you. However, if you have any issues with your box, please let us know and we can chat through the options.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you agree to a 3 month or 6 month subscription you need to stay for the full commitment period. We do not do refunds on the already sent box.
If I pause/cancel, will I still get access to the Mum Bubble?
No. If you pause, your access will be removed until you are un-paused. If you cancel, your access will be removed until you re-subscribe.
Is there a contract?
Please note that if you are on a 3 or 6 month commitment plan, you have committed to pay for that full period of the subscription length. You can skip months during a commitment term.
Product, Order & Subscriptions
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?
You certainly can! This would make a beautiful gift for a mother. You can add a gift subscription to your cart. Choose the length of their subscription and be sure that you correctly enter YOUR billing address but THEIR shipping address.
Do you cater for someone who has allergies?
No. Most of the snacks may or have nuts. If you have any special conditions, please email info@lovebylola.com.au.
